Overview

Anti Admin is a mobile application designed for law enforcement professionals. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app accesses, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.

The core principle: your data stays on your device. Anti Admin is built with a local-first architecture. We do not operate servers that store your personal data, case notes, photos, documents, or any other content you create within the app.

Information We Do Not Collect

Anti Admin does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following on external servers:

• Your name, email address, or contact information
• Case notes, call numbers, or incident data entered in Case Manager
• Photos taken with the Evidence Camera feature
• Documents uploaded to Department Docs
• Calendar entries, court dates, or shift schedules
• Pursuit tracking data or map drawings
• Phonebook contacts or phone numbers
• SFST test results or clue selections

All of the above remain exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to Keyat Packle LLC or any third party.

Device Permissions

Anti Admin requests the following device permissions to enable specific features. These permissions are optional and the app will function without granting all of them:

• Camera: Used solely for the Evidence Camera feature to capture photos within the app. Photos are stored locally on your device within the app's storage. Photos are never uploaded to any server.
• Location (GPS): Used to display maps in the Pursuit Tracker feature. Location data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted externally.

Subscription and Payment Data

Anti Admin offers optional paid subscription features. All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Keyat Packle LLC does not directly collect, process, or store your payment information, including credit card numbers, billing addresses, or financial account details.

We use RevenueCat, Inc. as a subscription management service. RevenueCat receives anonymized transaction data from Apple and Google to verify your subscription status. This includes an anonymous app user identifier and purchase receipts. RevenueCat does not receive your name, email, or payment details. Analytics and Crash Reporting

Anti Admin may collect anonymized, non-personally-identifiable crash reports and basic usage analytics (such as which features are used most frequently) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you individually. No case data, photos, documents, or personal content is ever included in analytics or crash reports.

Third-Party Services

Anti Admin integrates the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution and payment processing. Subject to Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.
• RevenueCat: For subscription management. Receives only anonymized purchase data. Privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Map Tile Providers: The app uses your device's native mapping service (Apple Maps on iOS, Google Maps on Android) to display maps. Your interaction with these maps is governed by Apple's and Google's respective privacy policies.

Data Storage and Security

All user-created content (notes, photos, documents, calendar entries, contacts, pursuit data) is stored locally on your device using encrypted database storage. This data is not backed up to Keyat Packle LLC servers.

If you use your device's built-in backup features (iCloud, Google Backup), app data may be included in those backups subject to Apple's or Google's privacy policies and your own backup settings.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

• Delete individual items: You can delete any note, photo, document, calendar entry, contact, or pursuit record from within the app at any time.
• Delete all data: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data permanently.
• No server-side data to delete: Since we do not store your data on any server, there is no server-side data to request deletion of.

Children's Privacy

Anti Admin is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is designed for use by law enforcement professionals.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
